Klasja Habjan is an Croatian illustrator, graphic designer and a writer.
With her specific abstract style Klasja created 54 unique tattoo illustrations for Leš to tattoo.
'I'm glad the illustrations came to life as tattoos, that they walk around the cities and that I can meet and recognize them, even if I don't know the people who wear them. I was surprised by the number of inquiries and positive reactions, so I hope that we will collaborate again soon, perhaps with a series of thinner drawings that I am currently developing.' - Klasja
'It was really refreshing creating tattoos out of lines which are different from ones I usually use. I needed to think less about shadows and more about how to perfectly black out the skin without creating blowouts. I was put in other artist's shoes which made me appreciate both them and even me more as artists. It was rewarding to see people who love Klasja and her style finally getting her work on their skin. That is exactly why we wanted to do this' - Leš
The event took place in January 2023 in Tattoorroom and 22 different Klasja's illustrations were made into tattoos:

This event was just the beginning of many more similar events in the future. We want to connect and also be a place of connection for other young artists. Our goal is to create a supportive and thriving local art community, potentiate a safe inspirational space and make more rroom for young people to engage in art activities, support the scene and create more art.
As part of Klasja's exhibition Tangled (Zapetljani) (HUIU, Pula - 22.6. to 12.7.) on Sunday 25.6. the second collaboration between Leš and Klasja took place.
This time, the tattooing itself took place in the gallery in the surroundings of Klasja's works, which made this event somewhat more special and interesting.
Initially, 10 tattoos were planned for the day, but due to the great interest, Leš tattooed 14 of Klasja's designs.
In the event of re-launching Forum sneakers Adidas Originals launched a campaign dedicated to inspiration. Forum has always been about honouring the past for new visions of the future; connected and rooted. Therefore, the focus of this campaign are young artists in Croatia for whom finding inspiration is a big part of their everyday life.
Tattoorroom was also a part of this campaign, and in the video you can find out how we answered the question Where does the inspiration for what you do come from?
Jack Daniel's global campaign Make it Count focuses on the impact on our lives when we decide to live boldly and enjoy the ride, much like Mr. Jack did throughout his own life. As a global brand that wanted to fuel its iconic status, it was time for Jack Daniel’s to showcase its unique view of the world.
As part of this campaign, Tattoorroom contributed by creating 7 unique tattoo designs which were a main prize in the Make it Count competition.
We were given 7 different Jack Daniel's philosophies/words to live by. Our main task was to create 7 unique tattoo designs, each representing one topic.
Each contestant picked one philosophy which describes them best. The person who had the most compelling story won the tattoo. The jury, including us, picked 7 winners who Leš tattooed shortly after.

Karolina Bumbak is a ceramic artist from Pula, Croatia, best known for her signature 60s inspired design.
At a first glance this collaboration may be an odd one, but combining the art of making ceramics with our signature motifs resulted in pieces we get to enjoy in what we all have in common - a beautiful morning ritual of drinking coffee. lines, curves and textures are a part of our skin just as much as they shape this collection.
Leš created a signature plant design which found its place on the inside bottom of the black 60s mug. This resulted in a simple, yet timeless piece of a ceramic. Karolina handmade and hand-painted each mug for TTR x GVG limited collection.
Mugs were available for purchase on tattoorroom.hr webshop, but because of high demand they were sold out rather quickly. Mugs were purchased by customers from Croatia, Japan, Germany, USA, Austria, South Korea, Australia, Italy, Poland, The Netherlands, France and UK and we could not be happier for such vast international support of this collaboration.
You can watch a little video of us visiting Karolina in her studio here.
